Description

Simple and delicious roasted cauliflower with crispy edges and a tender center, perfect as a healthy side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
  • Try adding your favorite spices like cumin or curry powder.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
