- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prep the Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls (if using).
- Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, then top with cheddar cheese slices.
- Spread horseradish sauce on the cut side of the top half of the rolls (if using), then place it on top.
2. Make the Buttery Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
3. Assemble & Bake
- Brush the buttery glaze evenly over the tops of the sliders. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm!
Storage & Reheating
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
Notes
- Swap cheddar for Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack for a different flavor.
- Use roast turkey or ham instead of beef for variety.
- Add caramelized onions or crispy bacon for extra flavor.
