These Red, White, and Blue M&M Cookie Bars are thick, chewy, and loaded with festive chocolate candies. Made in one bowl with simple ingredients, they’re a quick and easy treat to whip up for any patriotic celebration. Perfect for feeding a crowd!
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups red, white, and blue M&M’s

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup patriotic sprinkles (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed.

Fold in 1 cup of the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles (if using).

Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Press the remaining M&M’s on top for a festive look.

Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.

Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes

For extra gooey bars, bake closer to 22 minutes.
