Description

This strawberry raspberry banana protein smoothie is a creamy, fruity drink that’s loaded with flavor and nutrition. It’s made with just a few simple ingredients and blended in minutes. Great for a quick breakfast or post-workout fuel, this smoothie is both delicious and filling!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, strawberries, raspberries, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener if using.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust thickness by adding more milk to thin or more ice to thicken.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and a dairy-free yogurt or skip the yogurt altogether.

  • Use a frozen banana for an extra thick and cold smoothie.

  • Add a tablespoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, or nut butter for extra nutrients.
