These no-bake energy bites are packed with sweet-tart raspberries, crunchy almonds, and hearty oats, making them the perfect on-the-go snack. Naturally sweetened and full of fiber, they’re a healthy, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly option for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup (70g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (60g) almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60g) almond butter
  • 1/4 cup (50g) honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (20g) freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra fiber)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, freeze-dried raspberries, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir well until the mixture holds together.

2. Shape the Energy Bites

  1. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  2. If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes before rolling.

3. Chill & Serve

  1. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Make it nut-free: Swap almond butter for sunflower butter and almonds for pumpkin seeds.
  • For extra protein: Add 1 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder.
  • Storage Tip: These freeze well for up to 3 months—just thaw for a few minutes before eating!
