- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log from the long side.
- Slice the log into 1/2-inch pinwheels and place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Serve with extra ranch dip or hot sauce for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
