These Pumpkin Oreo Balls combine the rich, creamy flavors of pumpkin spice, cream cheese, and crushed Oreos, coated in white chocolate for a perfect fall-themed treat. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, they’re ideal for parties, gifts, or anytime you want a no-bake dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies), finely crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • Optional: orange food coloring for the coating
  • Garnish: crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or a drizzle of melted chocolate

Instructions

1. Make the Pumpkin Oreo Mixture:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish, if desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

2. Form the Balls:

  1. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze the balls for 20-30 minutes to firm up.

3. Prepare the Coating:

  1. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions. If using food coloring, stir in a few drops of orange until the desired color is achieved.

4. Coat the Balls:

  1. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  2. Place the coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs, sprinkles, or a drizzle of melted chocolate for decoration while the coating is still wet.

5. Chill and Serve:

  1. Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes, or until the coating is fully set.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
