- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pumpkin spice pudding mix (or another vanilla)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Chopped pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in refrigerator while preparing the layers.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, both pudding mixes, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with chopped pecans before serving if desired.

- Use a pre-made graham cracker crust for convenience.
- Chill each layer for 10–15 minutes before adding the next for clean layering.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for added aroma and flavor.
