Pull Apart Garlic Bread is a buttery, cheesy, and flavorful side dish that’s perfect for sharing. Made with soft dough pieces smothered in garlic butter and cheese, it’s baked until golden and pull-apart tender.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×5 loaf pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Layer the coated dough pieces in the prepared pan, sprinkling mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between layers.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through in the center.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can use homemade biscuit dough or pizza dough instead of canned.
- Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
