Description

Pull Apart Garlic Bread is a buttery, cheesy, and flavorful side dish that’s perfect for sharing. Made with soft dough pieces smothered in garlic butter and cheese, it’s baked until golden and pull-apart tender.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Layer the coated dough pieces in the prepared pan, sprinkling mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between layers.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • You can use homemade biscuit dough or pizza dough instead of canned.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
