Description
Puff pastry cinnamon rolls are a quick and easy twist on the classic treat, featuring flaky layers filled with a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture and topped with a simple glaze.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tsp milk (for glaze)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the entire surface with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over buttered pastry.
- Roll the pastry up tightly from the shorter side to form a log.
- Cut into 8 even slices and place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- While rolls bake, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Best served warm but still tasty at room temperature.
- Add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture and flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
