Ingredients

3 cups crispy rice cereal

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth and warmed through.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Add the protein powder and mix until fully combined.

Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press down firmly using a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.
