- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (cremini or mixed wild)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon truffle oil (white or black)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Carefully transfer the dough to a parchment-lined pizza peel or baking sheet.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and scatter the minced garlic over the surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, followed by the sliced mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper and top with a bit of grated Parmesan.
- Slide the pizza (on the parchment) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or arugula if desired. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use a mix of mushrooms like shiitake, oyster, and cremini for deeper flavor.
- Do not overdo the truffle oil—just a drizzle enhances the flavor.
- Great with a glass of white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
