Description

Pizza Poppers are bite-sized, cheesy, and flavorful snacks filled with classic pizza ingredients like pepperoni, marinara sauce, and mozzarella—perfect for parties, game day, or quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place a small spoonful of marinara sauce, some mozzarella, and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down into each mini muffin cup.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • You can substitute crescent roll dough or pizza dough if preferred.
  • Fillings can be customized with cooked sausage, mushrooms, or veggies.
  • Serve warm for best taste and texture.
