- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.
- Place a small spoonful of marinara sauce, some mozzarella, and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down into each mini muffin cup.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara for dipping.
Notes
- You can substitute crescent roll dough or pizza dough if preferred.
- Fillings can be customized with cooked sausage, mushrooms, or veggies.
- Serve warm for best taste and texture.
