- 1 tablespoon honey (for drizzling)

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top and drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with pita chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Use high-quality feta (preferably in brine) for best flavor and texture.
