Description

Pistachio Whipped Feta is a creamy, tangy spread made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon, topped with crunchy pistachios and a drizzle of honey—perfect as a dip or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top and drizzle with honey.
