This easy, no-bake Pistachio Fudge is smooth, melt-in-your-mouth creamy, and packed with roasted pistachios. With just a few ingredients, this buttery, nutty treat is perfect for holidays, gifts, or anytime you crave something sweet!

- 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional, enhances pistachio flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 3–4 drops green food coloring (optional, for color)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler over simmering water.)
Step 3: Flavor & Color
- Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), salt, and food coloring. Mix until fully combined.
Step 4: Add the Pistachios
- Fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a few for garnish.
Step 5: Set the Fudge
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Step 6: Slice & Serve
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares. Enjoy!
Notes
- No Microwave? Melt the mixture gently on the stovetop over low heat.
