Description

Elegant and charming Pink Chocolate Covered Strawberries, perfect for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or weddings, made with juicy strawberries dipped in pink-tinted white chocolate.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces white chocolate or white chocolate chips
  • Pink food coloring (oil-based preferred)
  • Sprinkles, edible glitter, or decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix well until the desired shade is achieved.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the pink chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter if desired before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow the strawberries to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the chocolate adhere.
  • Use oil-based food coloring to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
  • Store strawberries in a cool place and enjoy within 1–2 days for best freshness.
