Description

Pineapple Fluff is a sweet, creamy dessert salad made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and instant pudding. It’s fluffy, fruity, and comes together in minutes—no baking needed! Perfect for BBQs, holidays, or anytime you want a fun and easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • Optional: maraschino cherries or extra chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix. Stir until well blended.

  2. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly.

  3. Fold in marshmallows, coconut (if using), and chopped nuts.

  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.

  5. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Garnish with cherries, extra nuts, or a sprinkle of coconut if desired.

Notes

  • Want it even fruitier? Add drained mandarin oranges or chopped strawberries.

  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and lite whipped topping.

  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 days; keep refrigerated.
