Ingredients

Scale
  • Cheese Bombs
    • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers biscuits (8 biscuits)
    • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or string cheese cut into pieces)
  • Garlic Butter
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Biscuits
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  • Stuff with Cheese
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  • Brush with Garlic Butter
Generously brush each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture, saving a little for later. Sprinkle a small amount of Parmesan cheese on top of each ball.
  • Bake
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  • Final Touch
After baking, brush the cheese bombs with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired. Enjoy the cheesy, buttery goodness!

Notes

  • Be sure to seal the edges tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
  • You can use other cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor twist.
  • Great as a side for pasta, soups, or as a party appetizer.
