These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a tangy, creamy, and crunchy appetizer made with dill pickles, cream cheese, and ham, all rolled up in a soft tortilla. They’re quick, easy, and perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchbox treats!

2 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices deli ham (or turkey)
Instructions
Prepare the filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.- Assemble the pinwheels – Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla. Lay 2 slices of ham on top of each tortilla.
- Roll & chill – Tightly roll up the tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice & serve – Unwrap, cut into 1-inch pinwheels, and serve immediately!
Notes
Meat-Free Option: Omit ham or swap with roasted red peppers for a vegetarian version.- Extra Flavor: Add ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesy twist.
