Description

These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a tangy, creamy, and crunchy appetizer made with dill pickles, cream cheese, and ham, all rolled up in a soft tortilla. They’re quick, easy, and perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchbox treats!

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 2 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices deli ham (or turkey)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling
     – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Assemble the pinwheels – Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla. Lay 2 slices of ham on top of each tortilla.
  3. Roll & chill – Tightly roll up the tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Slice & serve – Unwrap, cut into 1-inch pinwheels, and serve immediately!

Notes

  • Meat-Free Option:
Omit ham or swap with roasted red peppers for a vegetarian version.
  • Extra Flavor: Add ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesy twist.
  • Make Ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
