- 1/4 cup diced cooked ham

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs under cold water. Peel and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Stir in diced ham and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives or a sprinkle of paprika if desired. Serve chilled.
