Description

These festive Peppermint Crunch White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers combine the crispy texture of graham crackers with a smooth white chocolate coating, topped with crushed peppermint. They’re an easy and delicious holiday treat, perfect for parties, gift-giving, or enjoying with a cup of hot cocoa.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 graham cracker sheets, broken into squares
  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers (or high-quality white chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
  • Optional: 1-2 drops peppermint extract (for added mint flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet:

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted. If desired, stir in a drop or two of peppermint extract.
  3. Dip the Graham Crackers:

    • Using a fork, dip each graham cracker square into the melted white chocolate, coating both sides. Let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
    • Place each coated graham cracker on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add Peppermint Topping:

    • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy on top of each graham cracker.
  5. Set the Chocolate:

    • Let the graham crackers sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, or place them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set more quickly.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Once the chocolate is fully set, arrange the peppermint graham crackers on a platter or package them for gifting.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • Variations: Substitute white chocolate with milk or dark chocolate, or add colorful sprinkles for a festive twist.
