This no-bake peanut butter pie is a creamy, dreamy dessert that’s simple to make and absolutely irresistible! With a smooth, rich peanut butter filling in a chocolatey cookie crust and topped with whipped cream, this pie is perfect for peanut butter lovers and ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreo crumbs)
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)

For the topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  • Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  • Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat the chilled heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  • Assemble the pie: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly with a spatula. Smooth the top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until fully set (overnight is ideal for the best texture).
  • Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a different crust option, you can use a graham cracker crust or a pre-made chocolate pie crust.
  • To make it even more decadent, drizzle melted chocolate or chocolate ganache over the top before chilling.
