- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
- 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups (270g) quick oats
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cook the Mixture:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder, whisking until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then let it boil for 1 minute. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Mix in the Oats:
- Add the oats and stir until fully coated.
- Form the Cookies:
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon, if desired.
- Let Cool:
- Allow the cookies to cool and set at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes. Once set, enjoy!
