Description

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
