Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed if frozen)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Lemon slices and fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Season the fish: Pat the tilapia fillets dry and place them in the baking dish. Brush the seasoned oil mixture evenly over each fillet.

Add lemon: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, then lay a few lemon slices on or around the fish.

Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque all the way through.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
