For the Pizza Rolls:
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ranch seasoning (or extra garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Dough:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a 12×15-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
2. Add Fillings & Roll:
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
3. Slice & Arrange Rolls:
- Use a sharp knife to slice into 10-12 rolls.
- Place rolls in the prepared baking dish, slightly touching.
4. Bake Until Golden:
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
5. Make the Garlic Butter & Brush on Top:
- While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove rolls from oven and immediately brush with garlic butter.
6. Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with extra ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping!
