- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker or Oreo cookie crust
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz whipped topping (e.g. Cool Whip), thawed
- Optional garnish: chopped hazelnuts or whipped cream
Instructions
- Spread ⅓ cup Nutella evenly over the bottom of the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining Nutella and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–8 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Garnish with chopped hazelnuts or whipped cream before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture and flavor.
- Chill the crust before filling to maintain its crispness.
- Substitute with a gluten-free crust if needed.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
