Nutella Napoleon is a decadent and easy-to-make dessert that layers crisp puff pastry with rich Nutella and whipped cream for an indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 9 equal rectangles. Place on baking sheet and prick with a fork to prevent puffing.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- To assemble, layer one piece of puff pastry with Nutella, then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat layers and top with a final piece of puff pastry.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flair, drizzle with melted chocolate or top with berries.
- Assemble just before serving to keep the pastry crisp.
- You can use store-bought whipped topping for convenience.
