Nutella French Toast Roll-Ups are a fun and indulgent breakfast or brunch treat, made by rolling Nutella into slices of bread, dipping them in egg mixture, and cooking them like French toast until golden and crisp.

- 8 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella on one end of each slice, then roll tightly.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then cook seam-side down until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Immediately roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
- Serve warm, optionally with fresh fruit or maple syrup.
Notes
- Use other spreads like peanut butter or fruit jam for variation.
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
- Top with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
