- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the next layer.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top in layers or a decorative pattern.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving to set.
