No Bake Summer Berry Lasagna is a layered dessert bursting with summer flavors. It features a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake layer, fresh berries, and whipped topping—perfect for warm weather gatherings without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the next layer.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  5. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top in layers or a decorative pattern.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving to set.
