- 1 package (14 oz) golden Oreos, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (like Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed golden Oreos and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and let it cool slightly.
- Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Carefully pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
