Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.

- Immediately stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add quick oats and mix until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a lined baking sheet.
- Let cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
