- 1 1/2 cups (180g) Funfetti cake mix, dry (do not prepare as a batter)
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (40g) sprinkles (plus extra for garnish)

Prepare the Whipped Cream Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Add the dry Funfetti cake mix to the whipped cream and gently fold until combined. The mixture should be thick and creamy.

Layer the Cake:
- Spread a thin layer of the Funfetti whipped cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Place a single layer of Golden Oreos on top of the whipped cream layer.
- Spread another layer of Funfetti whipped cream over the cookies and sprinkle with a layer of sprinkles.

Repeat Layers:
- Continue layering the Oreos and Funfetti whipped cream until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top. Add more sprinkles on top for decoration.

Chill:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the cookies to soften.

- Slice and serve cold. Garnish with extra sprinkles, if desired.
