Description

This no-bake eggnog pie is a perfect dessert for the holiday season! It combines the creamy, spiced flavors of classic eggnog with a fluffy, light texture. Made with a graham cracker crust and a smooth eggnog filling, this pie is easy to prepare and requires no baking, making it an ideal choice for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  • Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Make the filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggnog, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the eggnog mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix to keep the filling light and fluffy.
  • Assemble the pie: Pour the eggnog filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set (overnight is ideal for the best texture).
  • Serve: Before serving, sprinkle a bit of ground nutmeg on top for garnish. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra festive touch, add a dollop of whipped cream on each slice before serving.
  • You can also use a pre-made graham cracker crust for convenience.
