These no-bake peanut butter bars are rich, creamy, and packed with double peanut butter goodness! With a buttery peanut butter base and a smooth chocolate-peanut butter topping, they taste like Reese’s but are even easier to make. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!

For the Peanut Butter Base
- 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter 🥜
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) graham cracker crumbs
For the Chocolate-Peanut Butter Topping
- 1 cup (180 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
- 1/4 cup (60 g) creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Base
- Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
2. Make the Chocolate-Peanut Butter Topping
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
3. Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
