Instructions

- Assemble the pie:
- Spoon the peanut butter cheesecake filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Add the monster cookie topping:
- Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips, M&Ms, and oats evenly over the top of the pie. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the toppings if desired.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is firm and set.
- Serve:
- Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy the rich, peanut butter-filled goodness!
Notes
- You can substitute the rolled oats with crushed pretzels for added crunch.
- Freeze the pie for a firmer texture or to make slicing easier, and let it thaw slightly before serving.
- For extra monster cookie vibes, stir some chocolate chips and M&Ms into the cheesecake filling.
