Description

This M&M Cookie Dough Fudge is a fun and colorful treat that combines the flavor of raw cookie dough with the creamy texture of fudge. It’s packed with mini M&Ms and chocolate chips, making it perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because you love cookie dough. No baking needed!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), softened

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)*

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flour: Heat-treat your flour by microwaving or baking it. Set aside to cool.

  2. Make the cookie dough: In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add heat-treated flour and salt; stir until combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms.

  3. Melt the fudge base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

  4. Combine: Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the cookie dough mixture. Mix just until combined.

  5. Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle a few extra M&Ms on top for decoration if desired.

  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  • Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for a softer texture.

  • You can swap white chocolate chips with semi-sweet or milk chocolate if preferred.
