This M&M Cookie Dough Fudge is a fun and colorful treat that combines the flavor of raw cookie dough with the creamy texture of fudge. It’s packed with mini M&Ms and chocolate chips, making it perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because you love cookie dough. No baking needed!
Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), softened

1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)*

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini M&Ms

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

3 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions

Prepare the flour: Heat-treat your flour by microwaving or baking it. Set aside to cool.

Make the cookie dough: In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add heat-treated flour and salt; stir until combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Melt the fudge base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

Combine: Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the cookie dough mixture. Mix just until combined.

Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle a few extra M&Ms on top for decoration if desired.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
