- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each muffin cup.
- Top each with a few pieces of mixed berries.
- Sprinkle granola evenly on top of each bite.
- Place muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
