Description

A refreshing and healthy snack made with creamy yogurt, mixed berries, and crunchy granola, these frozen yogurt bites are perfect for warm days or an on-the-go treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each muffin cup.
  4. Top each with a few pieces of mixed berries.
  5. Sprinkle granola evenly on top of each bite.
  6. Place muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use flavored yogurt for a different taste profile.
  • Ensure berries are dry before adding to prevent ice crystals.
  • Store in freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Best served straight from the freezer to avoid melting.
