- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tbsp juice from the pepperoncini jar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a slow cooker, combine the ranch seasoning mix, au jus gravy mix, butter, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini juice. Stir to combine.
2. Add the Smokies:
- Add the Lil Smokies to the slow cooker and toss them gently to coat in the sauce.
3. Cook:
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
4. Serve:
- Once the sausages are hot and the sauce is well combined, transfer them to a serving dish or serve directly from the slow cooker to keep them warm.
