Description

Mini Pizza Bites are fun, bite-sized snacks made with pizza dough, savory tomato sauce, melty cheese, and your favorite toppings. They’re perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or quick appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or diced cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Press each dough square into the mini muffin tin cups or form into small circles on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each, then top with shredded cheese and your choice of toppings.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
  6. Brush the edges with olive oil for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
