- 1/2 cup diced fillings (cooked bacon, ham, spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Assemble the Quiche Bites:
- Divide the shredded cheese evenly among the mini muffin cups.
- Add your chosen fillings on top of the cheese, keeping the cups about 2/3 full.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling just to the top.
- Bake the Quiche Bites:
- Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the quiche bites are set and slightly golden on top.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the quiche bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes before carefully removing them with a small knife or spatula. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Customize your fillings with your favorite ingredients like crumbled sausage, feta, chopped broccoli, or sun-dried tomatoes.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
- These quiche bites can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
