These mini quiche bites are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a party appetizer. Made in a muffin pan, they’re customizable with your favorite fillings and are easy to prepare. Serve them warm or cold for a versatile and delicious dish.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
  • 1/2 cup diced fillings (cooked bacon, ham, spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Quiche Bites:
    • Divide the shredded cheese evenly among the mini muffin cups.
    • Add your chosen fillings on top of the cheese, keeping the cups about 2/3 full.
    • Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling just to the top.
  4. Bake the Quiche Bites:
    • Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the quiche bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  5. Cool and Serve:
    • Let the quiche bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes before carefully removing them with a small knife or spatula. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Customize your fillings with your favorite ingredients like crumbled sausage, feta, chopped broccoli, or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
  • These quiche bites can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
