- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 frozen or homemade mini meatballs, cooked
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Separate and flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round and press into the mini muffin tin cups.
- Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce into each biscuit cup.
- Place one cooked mini meatball in each cup.
- Top with more marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.

- Use turkey or plant-based meatballs for a lighter or vegetarian option.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
