- 2 cups (160 g) desiccated coconut
- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Mix the ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, flour, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough comes together. If using sprinkles or chocolate chips, fold them in at this stage.
- Shape the biscuits:
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten slightly with your hands or the back of a spoon. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool and serve:
- Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy:
- Serve plain or with a glass of milk. These biscuits are perfect for little hands!
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg into the dough.
- Use unsweetened desiccated coconut for less sweetness.
