- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
