Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and well mixed. -
Season Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper. -
Spread the Sauce
Spread the Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering completely. -
Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). If you want a golden top, turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking. -
Serve
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before broiling.
- You can also use chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat; adjust cooking time as needed.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, pasta, or rice to make it a complete meal.
