This Melt in Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is tender, creamy, and packed with flavor. Made with just a few ingredients, it’s a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights. The Caesar dressing and Parmesan create a deliciously creamy coating that keeps the chicken moist and flavorful with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

  3. Season Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread the Sauce
Spread the Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering completely.

  5. Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). If you want a golden top, turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.

  6. Serve
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before broiling.
  • You can also use chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat; adjust cooking time as needed.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, pasta, or rice to make it a complete meal.
