- 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill each mini pepper half with the cheese mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
