Description

This ultimate breakfast sandwich is packed with crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, creamy avocado, and a zesty chipotle mayo, all nestled between toasted English muffins. It’s a satisfying and indulgent way to kickstart your morning.


Ingredients

  • For the Sandwich:

    • 4 English muffins, split and toasted

    • 4 large eggs

    • 4 slices cheddar cheese

    • 4 breakfast sausage patties, cooked

    • 4 strips bacon, cooked until crispy

    • 1 avocado, sliced

    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • For the Chipotle Mayo:

    • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 1 chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chipotle Mayo:

    • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and finely chopped chipotle chili pepper until well combined. Set aside.

  • Cook the Eggs:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan if necessary.

    • Crack the eggs into the skillet, one at a time, and cook to your desired doneness (fried, scrambled, or omelette-style). Season with salt and pepper.

  • Assemble the Sandwiches:

    • Spread a layer of chipotle mayo on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.

    • Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mayo.

    • Add a cooked sausage patty and a strip of crispy bacon.

    • Place the cooked egg over the meats.

    • Top with slices of avocado.

    • Cover with the top half of the English muffin.
