- 1 package (16 oz) frozen potato and cheese pierogi
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pierogi according to package directions—either boil or pan-fry until heated through and lightly golden.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pierogi and cook for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
- Top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve warm.

- Use homemade pierogi if preferred.
- Add sautéed onions for extra flavor.
