- 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mix the Meatloaf Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
