These King’s Hawaiian Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, made with King’s Hawaiian rolls, a buttery cinnamon-sugar filling, and a luscious cream cheese glaze. They’re quick, easy, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!

For the Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 (12-pack) King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (kept together, don’t separate!)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency!)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Prepare the Cinnamon Filling
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir until well combined into a thick, spreadable paste.
Step 3: Slice & Fill the Rolls
- Keeping the King’s Hawaiian rolls together, carefully slice them in half horizontally, like a sandwich.
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the cut side of the bottom half.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on, pressing gently.
Step 4: Bake the Cinnamon Rolls
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for 5-7 more minutes, until golden and warm.
Step 5: Make the Cream Cheese Glaze
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until combined.
- Stir in milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach a drizzly consistency.
Step 6: Glaze & Serve
- Remove the rolls from the oven and spread or drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
